In a major move, the Centre has done a U-turn on the controversial Sedition law, saying it will re-examine it. This comes just ahead of a Supreme Court hearing on Tuesday. Advocate Abhinav Chandrachud, who is also the author of a new biography on one of India's finest constitutional voices Soli Sorabjee, joins us to talk about the Centre's stand on Sedition and challenges facing the judiciary.
