Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar Named In U.S. Indictment Over Nijjar Killing

A major international crackdown has targeted the alleged Lawrence Bishnoi crime network. Under Operation Hardball, authorities from the United States, Canada and Europe have arrested 24 suspects, while 37 individuals, including jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his close aide Goldy Brar, have been named in three U.S. federal indictments.

According to U.S. prosecutors, the network was involved in contract killings, kidnappings, extortion and drug trafficking across multiple countries. The indictment also alleges that the Bishnoi network played a role in the assassination of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.
