Land Acquisition Bill: Radical changes suggested by parliamentary committee

A Parliamentary panel has proposed radical changes to the Land Acquisition Bill. Sources have told NDTV that the house panel has proposed that land acquisition be restricted to infrastructure and social sector projects only, and that too through the state government.
