Shashi Tharoor: Groupism Is A Reality
Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said "groupism" is a reality in his party. "Within the party I have often argued against groups. I refused to join. These two groups are a reality, groupism is an issue in intra-party dynamics," said Mr Tharoor on factionalism in the Congress in Kerala.
