Jammu and Kashmir stands at a very interesting crossroads. On the one hand the valley is bustling with tourists, and has seen a relatively peaceful summer, on the other the issue of unmarked graves throughout the state. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has said that the time for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission has now come again. But is this a practical idea? We discuss on The Buck Stops Here.
