Jaitley slams govt for 'constitutional cocktail'
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wants a "strong" Lokpal bill and not the "weak" government version, Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley said while the house debated the bill.
