IRIS Dena Attack: Iran Asks Sri Lanka to Send Back Bodies of 87 Sailors

Iran has formally requested the return of all recovered bodies from the sunken warship IRIS Dena after it was reportedly torpedoed by a US submarine in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Sri Lanka.

According to reports, at least 87 Iranian sailors were killed in the attack, while Sri Lankan authorities managed to rescue around 30 survivors, who are currently receiving medical treatment. Tehran has now asked Sri Lanka to return all the bodies recovered from the waters back to Tehran.
