A helpless toddler who is believed to be a refugee from the current attacks on Iran was thrown head-first to the floor by a stranger in the arrivals hall at Moscow airport and is now fighting for his life in hospital. The 18-month-old boy is now in a coma after suffering skull fractures and spinal injuries in the horrific attack, which was caught on CCTV. The toddler had been waiting near a suitcase while his pregnant mother was collecting their pushchair from the staff.
