Delhi Police has filed an FIR against Sumit Verma, a youth who had uploaded a "prank" video on YouTube in which he could be seen kissing girls randomly and running away. The incident has drawn sharp reactions from everyone, including a senior cop and women panel chief. While Joint Commissioner of Police Deependra Pathak slammed the video as "cheap thrill", Women Panel Chief Swati Maliwal said the video showcased "perversion" and not "humour". On Agenda tonight, we discuss whether the prank is on the other side of the thin line between prank and harassment.
