There is renewed optimism in the air; the markets have bounced back in the last 6 months. There is a rush of foreign inflows over the last 2 to 3 months. There is robustness coming back at least on the front of the financial sector and there is hope that reforms will finally take off. In this environment it is also great to welcome in a new exchange for trading. Joseph Massey, MD & CEO of MCX stock exchange speaks to NDTV about the new bourse and how they plan to compete with existing exchanges.
