Congress released its manifesto in Madhya Pradesh with a slew of promises, including Rs 25 lakh health insurance cover for all, 27 per cent reservation for the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), and to form an IPL team for the state. Congress listed 59 promises in its 106-page manifesto with assurances for all sections of society, including farmers, women, and government employees. Madhya Pradesh is heading for elections on November 17.
