Three district officials have now been suspended as the probe into the Goa nightclub fire intensifies. Five arrests have been made so far, while the two owners - Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra - remain absconding. One of them has posted a message of "profound sorrow" on Instagram, even as questions grow over glaring safety lapses.
