GMR, GVK exit may add to concerns over road projects: Parvez Umrigar

With GMR and GVK looking to exit crucial projects, the road sector may see concerns build up, say experts. Parvez Umrigar of Gammon says the NHAI must win this case to prevent a string of exits from projects, but adds that clearances must be obtained before projects are put out for bidding.
