Football Icon Ronaldinho Meets West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee At Her Residence
Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho on October 16 met West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee at her residence in Kolkata. Ronaldinho was greeted by the Chief Minister and her neighbours. The residents of Kolkata gifted T-shirts, jerseys, uniforms and footballs to the 2002 FIFA World Cup Winner. The 2005 Ballon d'Or winner is in Kolkata for a two-day visit. Earlier, Ronaldinho visited the Merlin Rise in Rajarhat of Kolkata to inaugurate the R10 Academy. He also inaugurated the Sreebhumi Durga Puja Pandal and greeted his fans from the city.
