Ghulam Nabi Azad, who quit the Congress last week, scotched rumours that he is joining BJP, by declaring that he is launching his own party and not joining anyone. "No party. If I can't join National Conference, with whom we had alliance, how can you think of those which are ideologically different," Mr Azad told NDTV.
