Rubbishing charges that the BJP used monetary incentives to stitch together the required majority in Goa despite winning fewer seats, newly-sworn-in Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar said he had had done nothing wrong by forging an alliance and staking claim to the government. "Congress didn't have the numbers," he told NDTV in an interview.
