India has submarine ballistic missile capability, says chief of India's defence body

India's submarine based ballistic missile is ready, it is variously called Sagarika or K5 or K 15. The chief of the Defence Research and Development Organisation Dr V K Saraswat confirmed that India was ready with this important missile that will be deployed on India's nuclear powered submarine Arihant.
