How Kalmadi became Chairman: Maken's explanation
Suresh Kalmadi may not be in Parliament on account of being in jail, but he was very much the central player in Parliament today. Sports Minister Ajay Maken attempted to explain in the Lok Sabha just how Mr Kalmadi ended up as the man in charge of organizing the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in September 2010.
