"What Delhi and Assam police have done on the say-so of the Prime Minister's office is absolutely illegal and unconstitutional," says Congress MLA Jignesh Mevani after the deplaning, arrest, and subsequent interim bail of Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera for the remarks he made against PM Modi. Mr Mevani was arrested twice by Assam Police in April last year.
