It is not exactly 20,000 leagues under the sea, but it is the closest you can get to that in real life in India. NDTV's Monideepa Banerjee went 30 metres underground into the metro tunnel under the river Hooghly -- India's first ever underwater metro tunnels that are now complete -- an engineering achievement by all standards. To take a Metro ride under the river, you will have to wait til 2021. But, in the meantime, enjoy this ride.
