'PM, Chief Ministers Remarks Not Inspiring Confidence': Gaurav Gogoi on Manipur Horror
While talking about the of horrific video of rape survivors in Manipur being paraded naked, Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi says that the statements of PM Mod and CM Biren SIngh doesn't inspire confidence. He further says that the incident is a reflection of how law and order machinery has failed in the state.
