Former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi says political battles should be fought outside the court on the day Supreme Court refused to consider a petition by 14 opposition parties that accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government of using central agencies to harass and intimidate its political rivals. Individuals from political parties could have raised their case. He says that the petition filed by political parties did not have any substance and was doomed from the beginning.
