Covaxin Safe, Need Long Term Data On Vaccine For Kids: AIIMS Director

An expert panel has recommended Covaxin for use on children between the ages of 2 and 18 in India. Delhi AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria has said that there is enough data to suggest that Covaxin is effective. He said that children with comorbidities should be prioritised for vaccination and that long-term follow-up data is needed on jabs for kids.
