Illegal act: Rare birds found on Punjab CM's farm

Himachal Pradesh Forest department has issued notice after rare birds were found at a farmhouse in Solang district that belongs to Punjab Chief Minister Amrinder Singh. The notice to the caretaker of the house in Dochi asks for a list of the birds, kept without official permit, within 15 days.
