Appearing on the Cleanathon, Chhattisgarh CM Raman, Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made important announcements by declaring urban areas of their respective states open defecation free.
