There is No Gender Equality in Our Film Industry: Naseeruddin Shah

In an interview with NDTV, Naseeruddin Shah said that women do not have an advantage in the film industry. "It's great that so many more women are entering into the field and are venturing into areas where they haven't been before. But they don't have an advantage. There is no gender equality in our film industry," said Naseeruddin Shah.
