Actor Irrfan Khan spoke exclusively to NDTV.com about the reason behind cases like Harvey Weinstein's, which has opened a can of worms in Hollywood with more and more actors coming out in the open about incidents of sexual abuse. Khan also said he is not sure about women being empowered in every city in India yet as girls feel safe only in few cities like Mumbai.
