While discussing the benefits of a film city in Uttar Pradesh, Tigmanshu Dhulia said, "It should have been done long back because we are making Hindi cinema. The Hindi literature is so rich but how much of it has been used in Hindi cinema. If the film city was in UP from the beginning, then Hindi cinema would be richer and rooted to its heritage."
