Arjun Kapoor To NDTV On The "Villain" In His Life, Fitness Journey And Paris Trip

Arjun Kapoor, whose film Ek Villain Returns was released last week, spoke about the biggest "villain" in his life. He told NDTV's Arun Singh, "The biggest villain in my life is my mind. I want it to be calmer. Sometimes I struggle to wake up in the morning and I'm not a morning person." The actor also spoke about valuing "consistency" in his fitness regime and his summer Paris trip that he took with girlfriend Malaika Arora.
