Another slice of Bollywood history is making way for a high-rise future. Mumbai's iconic Filmistan Studios - once home to timeless classics and cinematic legends - has been sold to a real estate developer. Arkade Developers has acquired Filmistan Pvt Ltd for Rs 183 crore, and the landmark studio will now be replaced by two 50-storey luxury towers.
