DUSU Election Results | Independent Candidate Deepanshu Shokeen On Leads & Support By The Students

Independent candidate Deepanshu Shokeen is leading the DUSU vice-president contest as vote counting continues at Delhi University. Shokeen, who is contesting as an independent, had earlier been offered a chance by the NSUI but was subsequently asked to withdraw his nomination, according to reports. He chose to remain in the race as an independent candidate. Current counting trends show Shokeen ahead by a significant margin in the vice-president contest. Shokeen spoke exclusively to NDTV about his campaign and election journey.
