China held it's Fourth Plenum, from 20-23rd October, days ahead of a planned meeting between Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump. The Plenum, an important policy event in China, that adopted the 15th five year plan. The congregation of central committee members identified the roadmap for the next five years.
