Dictatorial DU: No debate, it is Delhi University please?

The Delhi University does it again: teachers, students say after it imposed the 'failed' semester system in 2011, the varsity has now imposed the 4-year undergraduate programme (FYUP) without debate. As the officials refuse to join issue, the critics DU Executive Council member Prof Abha Dev Habib, DUTA member Saikat Ghosh and student Raag joins us in the studio.
