Dengue cases: Families cope with despair
Before Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's family, the other high profile victims were the AIIMS doctors themselves and one of them even died. Health authorities have fined 13 Delhi hospitals for breeding mosquitoes and have been warned that if they don't clean up their act, police cases would be filed against them.
