The Delhi Jal Board has installed an Online Water Analyzer in the Gulmohar Park area to monitor water quality in real time following recent complaints of contamination. According to BJP MLA Satish Upadhyay, the system has been installed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and is expected to become fully operational within a week. The pilot project comes after residents reported water contamination issues in the area nearly 10 days ago. The analyzer will continuously track key water quality parameters, including pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and chlorine levels, helping authorities quickly identify contamination and trace its source. Officials say that if the pilot proves successful, the Delhi Jal Board plans to expand the technology across the city to strengthen water quality monitoring and improve response times.
