Delhi Govt Assures No Action Against NEET Protesters, Reviews Arrests | Relief For NEET Protesters
The Delhi government has assured that no adverse legal action will be taken against NEET-UG protesters booked over demonstrations linked to the alleged exam irregularities. The government said 13 FIRs registered by Delhi Police will be reviewed, while arrests and detentions already made will be examined and the release process expedited. However, the protection will not extend to individuals with criminal antecedents, in line with the Supreme Court's July 28 order.
