Delhi: Cop dragged by a speeding car
In another hit-and-run case, a policeman was dragged 20 metres by a speeding white Honda City in south Delhi on Tuesday evening. The traffic constable, who now lies in hospital with multiple fractures, had been following the Honda car on his motorcycle after he saw it hit a scooter.
