Seven years ago, actor Deepika Padukone founded 'Live Love Laugh Foundation', a mental health organisation which is now expanding its programs in rural areas. Ahead of World Mental Health Day, NDTV followed her through her day of ground work at Thiruvallur district of Chennai. She and her therapist Anna Chandy speak about the role of family, society and culture in dealing with mental illnesses.
