'Classic Case Of Legal Indeterminancy': Law Professor On 26-Week Pregnancy Case

Dipika Jain, a Law Professor at the Jindal Global Law School, says that 26-weeks pregnancy case is a classic case of legal differences. She says that while the 2022 Supreme court verdict held women's autonomy as absolute, in this case it has been negotiated on the basis of biases.
