CJP Welcomes Dharmendra Pradhan's Exit, Says 'Our Fight Isn't Over Yet'

Reacting to Dharmendra Pradhan's reported resignation, CJP chief Abhijeet Dipke claimed the move was a victory for students who had been agitating over the NEET controversy, but stressed that the movement is far from over. He said the group would continue its campaign until the families of students who allegedly died by suicide receive compensation and action is taken against police personnel accused by protesters of excesses during the July 20 clashes. The CJP leadership also demanded the withdrawal of all cases registered against students in connection with the protests, asserting that the agitation would continue until all demands are met.
