When asked if PT Usha's anointment to the post of Indian Olympic Association's chief will change the workings of the IOA in any significant way, Ashwini Nachappa, former Indian athlete, said that she's willing to support anybody who is willing to bring actual change and abide by the sportsman's spirit. She also emphasised that the change has to be from the grassroots level upwards.
