Case against Quattrochhi to be withdrawn: Moily
Law Minister Veerappa Moily has said that the case against Italian businessman Quattrochhi will be formally withdrawn on October 3. He supported the government's decision to drop prosecution proceedings against the accused in the Bofors payoff case.
