TRAI talks tough on junk SMSes; to strengthen rules

Talking tough on spam text messages on mobile phones, Telecom watchdog TRAI says it will act in two months to strengthen the national “Do not Call Registry.” TRAI wants service providers to scrub registered telephone numbers on telemarketers' lists.
