TDSAT upholds dual spectrum policy to RCom

Anil Ambani's GSM Services hopes can now sprint ahead as one more legal hurdle has been cleared after the telecom tribunal TDSAT dismissed a petition filed by GSM operators challenging the government's decision to allow Reliance communications and Tata Teleservices to offer GSM services.
