Rotting foodgrains: No capacity addition in the last 6 years?

Millions of tonnes of foodgrains are rotting across the country lying uncared for in the open mainly because the government doesn’t have the required storage capacity. The agriculture ministry has failed to add any additional capacity in the past six years.
