MCA not to re-open the RCom-Swan crossholdings case
Under the scanner for group’s equity holding in Swan Telecom at the time of applying for the 2G telecom licences in March 2007, there is some relief for Anil Ambani group firm Reliance Communications. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs says they have no plans to reopen the case of the ADAG's cross holdings in Swan Telecom.
