Hari Sankaran, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS), told NDTV that it has already acquired land for their upcoming marine and energy-based multi-product special economic zone (SEZ) in the Kutch region. The company is looking to sell some of their road projects and deploy the capital for bidding for other projects.
