Greece deal positive for markets: Andrea Williams

Euro zone leaders have reached an agreement to disburse the next tranche of aid for Greece. The deal is positive for European markets and should allow the "risk-on" environment to continue for now. Andrea Williams, however, says in the medium term Europe would need to face questions about other European nations seeking similar concessions.
