Big daddy of realty, DLF, on Monday came in for a big beating, as did Delhi-based peer and the second largest listed realty company Unitech. Both stocks were clobbered on worse than expected quarterly performance. Also serious concerns on their financial health, even as concerns of pledged shares by promoters of realty companies, resurfaced.
