With European stocks tossing between mild gains and losses, Fedspeak is the word of the day. After Fed member Charles Evans' recent comments, investors will be keenly watching Ben Bernanke's testimony before the Congress and minutes from the Fed's last policy meeting. Marcus Ostwald, strategist with Monument Securities, says it is unlikely though that we will see further details of how the Fed will eventually manage an exit from the ultra-easy policy.
